Green Destinations celebrates an inspiring year with two flagship events
Green Destinations proudly looks back on an inspiring year shaped by two flagship events, the Green Destinations Global Conference 2025 and the Sustainable Destinations Forum, which together welcomed 568 registrations from 60 nationalities. The Global Conference brought together destination leaders, DMOs, businesses, and international organisations for two days of inspiring sessions, Good Practice Stories, and the annual Awards & Certification Ceremony.
The Sustainable Destinations Forum complemented this with focused discussions on regenerative tourism, climate resilience, and destination stewardship. Together, both events strengthened our international community and reinforced shared commitments to responsible tourism. All session recordings and presentations from both events are now available on their respective event websites, offering an open resource for continued learning and inspiration.
